摘要: The interspecific hybrid fir Abies cilicica × cephalonica is based on native species (Loud.) and (Ant. et Kotschy) Carr. Many variants of nutrient media have been tested. medium BAP at a concentration 1 mg·l -1 , 1,000 myo-inositol, 500 glutamine, casein was found to be the most suitable initiation for somatic embryogenesis this hybrid. Embryogenic suspensor mass produced from immature mature primary explants. frequency ESM dependent composition medium, plant growth regulators, time seeds collection. im - higher in comparison with zygotic embryos, but results were not significantly different. As maturation evaluated Murashige Skoog which contained 10 abscisic acid, 100 g·l PEG 40 maltose (MM 2 medium).
