摘要: The preparation and use of HVA-d2 for the mass fragmentographic determination HVA levels in CSF was described. Following extraction synthesis methyl ester heptafluorobutyryl derivatives samples were injected into a combined gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer connected to multiple ion detector. two fragments set focus molecular ions authentic respectively. experimental error less than 4%. recovery small amounts added satisfactory. Multiple using sets gave similar results demonstrating high specificity reproducibility method used.
