摘要: The saphenous vein (SV) was used as a bypass conduit first in the peripheral circulation for relief of claudication by Kunlin 1949 [1] and later cardiac surgery correction anomalous origin left coronary artery Garrett associates 1966 [2]. Today, it remains graft material choice vascular most often [3]. Detailed knowledge fate SV has come from serial angiographic studies conducted patients subjected to grafting although good deal information had appeared earlier reports on femoropopliteal grafts. These indicated, one hand, that early occlusions are result faulty technique or poor arterial run-off suggested, other, atherosclerosis is major factor late [4, 5].
