摘要: Abstract This study investigated the performance of individuals with familiar loading schizophrenia (healthy siblings inpatients) on three neuropsychological tasks assumed to require frontal lobe functions: Trail Making Test (TMT), verbal fluency and Wisconsin Card Sorting (WCST). Healthy schizophrenics differed in from healthy controls not only WCST, but also task. Furthermore, scores physical anhedonia, assessed a self-report rating scale (Chapman et al., 1976) were significantly higher high risk group than control sample. However, did differ regard experiences perceptual aberrations, measured by same method 1978). Neuropsychological elevated anhedonia interpreted under conceptual framework vulnerability markers: they supposed represent trait shared family members schizophrenic probands. Amongst tests, there significant correlations between score WCST test schizophrenics, group.
