摘要: Ghrelin is a 28 amino-acid hormone with multiple functions. It predominantly produced by the stomach but has also been detected in other organs, including small intestine, pancreas, hypothalamus and pituitary, as well immune system almost every normal human tissue examined. present neuroendocrine tumours, pituitary adenomas, endocrine tumours of breast thyroid medullary carcinomas. brain-gut peptide growth hormone-releasing appetite-inducing activities, endogenous ligand G protein-coupled secretagogue receptor (GHS-R).
