Dielectric and Piezoelectric Properties of Mn-Doped Na0.5K0.5NbO3 Single Crystals Grown by Flux Method

摘要: Lead-free piezoelectric Mn-doped Na0.5K0.5NbO3 (NKN) single crystals have been fabricated by self flux method using KF–NaF eutectic composition. The color of the obtained was different depending on doped Mn-chemicals. large-sized with crystal face orthorhombic (110) were optimized heat-treatment condition holding time at 1050 and 950 °C 5 h cooling rate 0.25 °C/min, their properties successfully measured a resonance-antiresonance method. strain constant (d33) 0.5 mol % NKN 161 pC/N, longitudinal electro-mechanical coupling factor (k33) showed 0.64.
