摘要: The most common manifestation of HIV in the kidney is HIV-associated nephropathy (HIVAN). In this report, we describe first documented case membranous glomerulonephritis an HIV-positive individual Turkey, country with lowest prevalence region. occurred HIV-positive, hepatitis C (HCV)-negative, and B (HBV)-negative Caucasian male, who presented nephrotic-range proteinuria. patient had a favorable response to HAART angiotensin-receptor blocker.
