摘要: Abstract The main polarographic results in nucleic acid research are reported order to present the experimental basis for three hyptotheses describing processes at electrode surface. Their key mechanisms are: 1. helix-coil-unwinding and orientation, 2. distruption of double helix, 3. segment adsorption with conformational changes electron hopping. Two crucial experiments presented suitable reaching a decision regard two possible models underlying hypotheses: reduction protonated DNA's is all states, if they adsorbed potentials their C A bases; only possible, bases contact surface by means denaturation.
