摘要: Quantitative determination of IgG and IgM antibodies to cardiolipin (anti-CL) was performed with a newly developed sensitive specific ELISA method. We studied cohort 361 unselected patients various autoimmune rheumatic diseases (ARD), 69 thromboembolic phenomena (TEP) unassociated ARD, 267 healthy blood donors (HBD). Anti-CL at least one immunoglobulin class were found in 42 (11.6%) the ARD patients, 3 (4.3%) TEP (2 myocardial infarction 1 pulmonary emboli), 6 (2.3%) HBD. In anti-CL more prevalent systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) overlap syndromes. Significant correlations included CNS involvement (particularly seizures) features immune hyperreactivity (splenomegaly-lymphadenopathy, ANA, Ro(SSA), U1-nRNP, double-stranded DNA). No statistical correlation could be demonstrated between presence thrombotic events, hematologic disorders, or recurrent abortions patients.
