摘要: Abstract We studied the prevalence and clinical significance of anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL) in primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) as similar data are missing. Ninety-nine PBC patients, 41 PSC, 228 HCV, 50 HBV, 111 with other non-viral non-autoimmune liver disorders 267 healthy were investigated. In order to evaluate avidity aCL, urea 2 M was used. IgG and/or IgM aCL detected 40% PSC 26.2% disease controls ( P 2 -GPI only three patients. Both resistance high, that observed antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). demonstrated a significantly higher compared diseases healthy. associated more severe biochemical activity but they rather seem be “non-pathogenic” (co-factor-independent). However, their comparable APS, indicating need for prospective studies address whether may contribute APS development or progression hepatic disease.
