摘要: Folowing unilateral HRP injections in the optic tectum of Ran pipiens, - positive cells were seen three pretectal nuclei: bilaterally dorsal posterior nucleus; half ipsilateral and ipsilaterally large-celled nucleus. -positive also anterodorsal, posterodorsal posteroventral tegmental fields, nucleus isthmi, gray columns cervical spinal cord; suprapeduncular nucleus, a paramedian cell group to interpeduncular deep layers contralateral tectum. In addition, evidence for bilateral ventral preopto-tectal projection was experimental animals. No tectal afferents from telencephalic or rostral thalamic areas seen. Both ascending descending efferent fibers filled with reaction product. The pale indicative terminating efferents pretectum, partially overlapping lateral uncinate neuropil; core isthmi; superior olive.
