摘要: Abstract Due to potential overages cover losses during shelf life, the actual vitamin D concentration of fortified foods and dietary supplements may deviate from label. In this pilot study concentrations (n = 29; follow-on formula, baby porridge, curd cheese dessert) (n = 15), both specifically intended for infants, were analytically determined. Compared declared values, content ranged 50% 153% 8% 177% supplements. general, instant formula oil-based had a measured similar or higher than labelled value. Ready-to-eat porridge was only category in which all below value (74–81%). The use label information result invalid estimations intake distributions infants; under- overestimation occur.
