摘要: The multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method is fast and accuracy for screening several polymorphism loci in a single large samples. Therefore, this study aimed to identify three novel insertion/deletion (indel) goat growth hormone receptor (GHR) gene by using PCR the genotypes indel are identified 918 individuals from Chinese breeds, as well evaluate its associations with traits. After validating taking conventional method, concordance between these two methods was 100%. Moreover, P14 locus significantly associated six traits of Hainan black goats. Briefly, an economic presented simultaneously accurately detect polymorphisms within GHR without use any special equipment, thus improving experimental efficiency obtaining result genotyping.
