摘要: In addition to its induction by DNA damage, p53 is induced drugs that starve cells for and RNA precursors, or inhibitors of polymerase. normal cells, the dNTP starvation serves a protective role, mediating rapid, reversible cell-cycle arrest without damage. most cell lines, this first line defense missing, so dNTPs causes break, thus increasing probability genomic instability, chromosome deletions gene amplification. The mechanism how remains unclear.
