摘要: The phelligridin LA was one of the valuable metabolites synthesized by medicinal fungus Sanghuang in liquid fermentation. In improvement PLA productivity fermentation, we investigated optimal conditions for efficient separation from fermentation broth with a chromatographic column packed macroporous resin ADS-17. Based on findings, further developed an integrated bioreactor system that coupled and PLA. Fermentation experiments testified performance our design fortification production: production 2.14 folds successfully achieved due to prompt removal PLA, while formation hyphae biomass not affected. Also, could afford simultaneous purification purity 92.95% recovery 84.3%, which comparable purified additional process (97.53%), at reasonable recovery. This study provided feasible approach improved Besides, offered useful reference development fungi diverse metabolites.
