摘要: The last release of the Energy Performance Buildings Directive 2018/844/EU stated that smart buildings will play a crucial role in future energy systems. Consequently, introduced Smart Readiness Indicator order to provide common framework highlight value building smartness across Europe. methodology for calculation is currently under development and therefore not yet officially adopted at European Union level. In this context, current research analyzed second public proposed methodology, discussing feasibility its implementation obtained results through practical application. Specifically, was applied nearly zero-energy office located Italy, evaluation carried out parallel by two different expert groups composed researchers technical systems specialists. With aim analyzing impact subjective evaluations on calculated indicator, two-step assessment adopted: first phase worked separately, only they were allowed compare results, discuss discrepancies identify difficulties applying methodology. As main outcome research, set recommendations are presented an effective broad Indicator, able increase relevance effectiveness, as well enhance comparability readiness definition benchmarks integrate with other measurable key indicators, especially concerning flexibility.
