摘要: Recent clinical studies have reported rapid improvement following administration of lithium to depressed patients who are unresponsive tricyclic antidepressants. The value augmentation would be greatest in subtypes depression refractory treatment, such as delusional depression. authors describe the results a preliminary study six with were combined neuroleptic-tricyclic treatment. Of six, three had dramatic response, two more gradual and one was unresponsive. discuss alternative mechanisms action these patients.
