摘要: Treatment-resistant depression might be considered as the failure of two families antidepressant therapy given sequentially at sufficient dosage, for an adequate length time and with continuous compliance. Patients treatment-resistant should assessed though they were new referrals, factors which may contributing dealt whenever possible. A sequence therapies based on a tricyclic monoamine oxidase inhibitor, each combined putative adjuvant therapies, is proposed working model pending further studies developments.
