摘要: A total of 360 pediatric patients aged 1 month to 18 years were diagnosed as having thrombosis between January 1998 and April 2003. Of these patients, those 11-18 (n = 131) regarded adolescents the rest children. The proportion in whole group excluding neonates was 36%. peak age diagnosis 11-14 years, comprising 58% all thrombotic events adolescents. In 73% adolescents, there at least one risk factor. four most common underlying disorders infection, malignancy, connective tissue cardiac disorders, decreasing order frequency. children, on other hand, infection followed by congenital heart disease, malignancy liver disease. Three types deep venous thrombosis, cerebro-vascular portal while frequency factor V G1691A mutation (22.1%) significantly higher than that found a healthy controls (7.4%) this associated with 3.6-fold increase developing (95% confidence interval, 1.4-9.0). carrier prothrombin G20210A (3.1 %) did not differ from population (2.3%) no association observed (odds ratio, 1.3; 95% 0.2-7.5). rate recurrent 6%.
