摘要: Securing the equality and rights of women has in recent times become campaign many women’s organizations activist movements. The slogans: “Women’s are human rights1” “Women also persons” becoming mantras campaigns against abuse violation across globe (Osler & Starkey, 2010; Amien, 2001; Okin, 1998). In South Africa, spite a progressive Constitution which ought to be selfevident, high number girls who continue victims gender-based discrimination violence seems not have dissipated.
