摘要: Abstract The effect of lithium salts on the uptake I 125 by rat thyroid has been studied. A single-dose resulted in reduced excretion and raised blood concentrations radio-isotope after 24 hours associated with an increased thyroid. Lithium treatment for 5–8 days a marked decrease hour lower rate turnover no level or urinary radio-isotope. reduction iodide was also observed rats which had therapeutic levels drinking water 10–25 weeks.
