摘要: Medical therapy for acute myocardial infarction is currently directed at preventing arrhythmia, limiting the extent of necrosis, and ventricular dilation. Experimental studies dealing with constraining necrosis in coronary occlusion have had limited success absence reperfusion. Restoration blood flow was found to be by far most effective mechanism reducing degree during infarction. Studies experimental animals indicate that reperfusion within 2–3 h canine hearts results significant salvage tissue, defined as restoration contractile function tissue which would otherwise developed into necrosis. Thus, 1980s, attempts limit injury are primarily It should noted, however, other measures, such administration beta-adrenergic blocking agents, mortality perhaps morbidity not neglected.
