摘要: The rapidly evolving science of epigenetics is transforming our understanding the nervous system in health and disease holds great promise for development novel diagnostic therapeutic approaches targeting neurological diseases. Increasing evidence suggests that epigenetic factors mechanisms serve as important mediators pathogenic processes lead to irrevocable neural injury countervailing homeostatic regenerative responses. Epigenetics is, therefore, considerable translational significance field neuroprotection. In this brief review, we provide an overview highlight emerging roles played by cell dysfunction death resultant neuroprotective This article part a Special Issue entitled SI: Neuroprotection.
