摘要: OBJECTIVE: Our purpose was to assess the frequency of adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with inflammatory bowel disease compared general population. STUDY DESIGN: Of all 239,773 pregnant single births Sweden from 1991 1992, 756 could be analyzed for late fetal and infant death, preterm birth, low birth weight, small gestational age, cesarean section. Logistic regression analyses used estimate odds ratios. RESULTS: Pregnancies were associated an increased risk at <33 weeks (odds ratio 1.81, 95% confidence interval 1.06 3.07) 33 36 1.48, 1.10 1.99); weight <1500 gm 2.15, 1.11 4.15) or 1500 2499 1.57, 1.12 2.22); age 1.40, 0.97 2.02); section 1.51, 1.27 1.89). CONCLUSIONS: Inflammatory is outcomes. (Am J Obstet Gynecol 1997;177:942-6.)
