摘要: A new method for coating glass slides with ZnO particles an average size of 200 nm is proposed in the current article. The was performed under microwave radiation. Two main morphologies are found crystals that deposited on slides. first morphology a very dense hexagonal rods growing perpendicular to surface. second growth flower-like particles.
