摘要: This work represents a new method to synthesis of ZnO and/or Zn nanoparticles by means microwave plasma whose electrons are the reducing agents. Glass quadratic slides sized 2.5 × cm were coated particles sizes ranged from few micrometers ∼20 nm. The size can be controlled type precursor and its concentration. In current paper, mechanism reactions formation was proposed. Longer irradiation lower concentration favor fabrication metallic nanoparticles. nature precursor’s ion (acetate, nitrate, or chloride) is also importance in determining composition product. glass characterized HR-SEM, HR-TEM, AFM, XRD, ESR, contact angle diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS).
