摘要: Recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP) is a disease of viral etiology and caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Although it benign process, there are very serious sequelae because its involvement in tracheobronchial tree. While multiple treatment modalities, ranging from surgery to antivirals immunomodulating chemotherapeutics, recent advances have focused on prevention HPV transmission with vaccines. Over last 10 years, vaccinations been increasingly employed CDC currently recommends use new nine-valent vaccine (Gardasil-9). The increasing offers hope for preventing neonatal virus significantly reducing incidence morbidity RRP other HPV-related diseases.
