摘要: Abstract Profile signals of urine samples corresponding to patients with lung cancer and controls were obtained using a non-separative methodology. The method is based on the coupling headspace sampler, programed temperature vaporizer mass spectrometer (HS-PTV-MS). With only centrifugation step as prior sample treatment, subjected generation process volatiles generated introduced into PTV where they trapped in Tenax® packed liner while solvent was purged. Finally, analytes directly, without separation, which allows obtaining fingerprint analyzed sample. spectrum mass/charge ratios ( m/z ) ranging between 35 120 amu (amu) contains information related composition used analytical signal for characterization samples. Samples 14 some type 24 healthy volunteers profile different chemometric techniques, including support vector machines (SVM), linear discriminant analysis (LDA) partial least squares- (PLS-DA), aim differentiating from those control. Values 100% both sensitivity specificity most cases. This methodology has been previously, described later, saliva controls. However, up date, not fast discrimination advantages disadvantages versus other types matrices such are stated. In view results this work, use pattern recognition techniques data HS-PTV-MS highly suitable first screening differentiate addition, it could be applied high number relatively short period time due its throughput.
