摘要: A novel method was developed for the analysis of monoamine neurotransmitters (MNTs) in human urine by carrier-mediated liquid-phase microextraction based on solidification stripping phase (CM-LPME-SSP) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detector (HPLC-ECD). By adding an appropriate carrier organic phase, simultaneous extraction hydrophilic analytes, MNTs, enrichment factors (22.6-36.1 folds) and excellent sample cleanup achieved. new strategy, solidifying aqueous back-extraction process, to facilitate collection as small a few microliters. Combined HPLC-ECD analysis, linear ranges established were 0.015-2.0 μg/mL NE, E, DA, 0.020-2.0 5-HT. The limits detection quantification range 5.5-10.8 ng/mL 15-20 ng/mL, respectively. relative recoveries 87-108%, intraday interday standard deviations lower than 13%. This successfully applied MNTs real urine.
