A modified restriction display PCR method in sample-labelling of DNA microarray

摘要: The restriction display PCR is a useful technique for studying the diversity of gene expression. This method involves ligating digested genes with adapters and amplifying fragments by using universal selective primers. In this study, we improved Cy3-UP, fluorescently labelled primer, in place Cy3-dCTP sample-labelling DNA microarray. results show that new increases significantly sensitivity assay, will have wide application microarray field.
