摘要: Abstract Zirconia thermal barrier coatings are well used in the turbine manufacturing industry because they ensure extended lifetimes of blades. Compared with other techniques, EB-PVD processes best suited for deposition on blades regard to layer properties. Therefore coaters becoming increasingly interesting. The coating costs per component mainly dependent a highly productive solution task. Thus process management has be optimized order meet productivity requirements manufacturers. This includes requirement high rates, large areas, long time stable production cycles as matched duration preheating, and cooling down charge. Modern solutions introduced allow rates up 7 μm/min. consequences technological plant design concerning will discussed.
