摘要: Abstract The effect of multilayer configurations on the thermal conductivity 4 mol% Y 2 O 3 − stabilized ZrO coatings fabricated by EB-PVD has been investigated. deposited coating layers consist columnar grains containing nano-sized pores. Multilayer specimens are found to contain many pores at interfaces between layers. density and decreases with increasing number for one six conductivities onto rotating substrates lower than those stationary substrates. decreased is ascribed increased total porosity resulting from an increase in interface concomitant formation non-uniform layers, which causes phonon scattering.
