摘要: To evaluate the effect of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) on benzene degradation under denitrification, a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) denitrification synergized with ANAMMOX (SBR-DenAna) for was established by inoculating ammonium-oxidizing bacteria (AnAOB) into SBR (SBR-Den) degradation. The average rate and maximum first-order kinetic constant in SBR-DenAna were 2.34- 1.41-fold those SBR-Den, respectively, indicating that improved ANAMMOX. However, decreased 35% denitrification-ANAMMOX synergistic when 10 mg N L-1 NO2- added; recovered once depleted, might detoxify NO2-. Results from high-throughput analysis revealed Azoarcus within family Rhodocyclaceae be associated two SBRs. AnAOB affiliated Candidatus Brocadiaceae just detected SBR-DenAna.
