摘要: Temperature is a critical and ubiquitous environmental signal that governs the development virulence of diverse microbial species, including viruses, archaea, bacteria, fungi, parasites. Microbial survival contingent upon initiating appropriate responses to cellular stress induced by severe temperature change. In case pathogens, are often coupled sensing host physiological temperatures. As such, microbes have developed molecular strategies sense fluctuations in temperature, nearly all molecules, proteins, lipids, RNA, DNA, can act as thermosensors detect changes initiate relevant responses. The myriad mechanisms which respond reveals an elegant repertoire orchestrate signaling, developmental programs, with spatial temporal cues.
