摘要: This paper develops a theory for characterization of DNA sequences based on their measure representation. The measures are shown to be random cascades generated by an infinitely divisible distribution. probability distribution is uniquely determined the exponent function in multifractal cascades. Curve fitting large number complete genomes bacteria indicates that gamma density provides excellent fit function, and hence genomes.
