摘要: Calcium (Ca2+)/calmodulin (CaM), a core component of calcium messenger system, is multiple second that involved in stress tolerance including heat plants, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) fast emerging similar functions, but Ca2+ and H2S crosstalk the acquisition thermotolerance not completely understood. In this article, CaM activated activity cysteine desulfhydrase (L-DES), followed by inducing endogenous accumulation tobacco suspension cultured cells, while treatment with chelator ethylene glycol-bis(b-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid antagonists chlorpromazine lowered L-DES accumulation. Interestingly, Ca2+- CaM-activated were eliminated synthesis inhibitors DL-propargylglycine (PAG), aminooxy acetic (AOA), potassium pyruvate (PP) hydroxylamine (HA), scavenger hypotaurine (HT), indicating regulated generation via activating cells. Furthermore, donor NaHS, alone significantly improved induced was enhanced exogenous weakened PAG, AOA, PP, HA or HT. All above-mentioned results suggest generated involved, at least partly, cell cultures.
