摘要: The life expectancy and quality of persons with haemophilia has dramatically increased since the 1970s, exception rate deaths observed during 1980s 1990s due to blood-borne viral infections. Improvements factor replacement therapy, treatment infectious diseases comprehensive health care provided by specialised centres are main determinants increasing age population. As a consequence, growing number these patients develop age-related co-morbidities, such as cardiovascular disease cancer. previously rare conditions is new challenge for caregivers in centres. This review focuses on co-morbidities ageing patients, their impact complex management.
