摘要: Many studies have used test batteries for the evaluation of affective behavior in rodents. This has advantage that treatment effects can be examined on different aspects domain. However, one may affect following test. The present study possible order rats were tested three tests: Open Field (OF), Zero Maze (ZM) and Forced Swim Test (FST). data indicated ZM was least affected by testing. In contrast, FST (and to a less extend OF) dependent battery. Repeated testing same did not change ZM. OF changed with repeated indicates performance Consequently, these caution interpretation which are used.
