摘要: In the last decade, melt-electrospinning technique has gained attention for production of highly porous microfibrous tissue engineering scaffolds. The possibility processing polymers without use organic solvents is one main advantages over solution electrospinning. this study, computer-controlled a commercial poly(??-caprolactone) and two batches with different molecular weights three-arm star by means screw-extruder-based additive manufacturing system reported. Experimental parameters such as temperature, extrusion flow rate applied voltage were studied optimized in order to obtain non-woven meshes uniform fibre morphology.
