摘要: Calvariae of fetal mice were investigated with electron microscopy in order to demonstrate initial stages immature, membrane bone calcification. As a consequence, nucleation sites for calcification hydroxyapatite crystals woven found extrusions from osteoblasts within the osteoid. Growth epitaxially these loci into surrounding collagen was spherulitic, forming discrete spheres referred as “bone nodules”. These nodules, when coalesced, formed seams bone. Decalcified, organic substructure nodules revealed. It contained centrally disposed locus, peripheral zone decomplexing and an intermediate altered collagen. Fully fibrils remained interposed between most coalesced nodules. Polysaccharides localized locus where shown be decomplexing.
