摘要: Aims To generate different larval stages of Strongylus vulgaris and to study cytokine responses in cultures eqPBMC exposed defined S. cyathostomins with the aim understand early immune reaction these parasites. Methods results EqPBMC were larvae (L3, exsheated L3 L4) cyathostomin analysed for gene expression. Procedures decontamination, culturing attenuation established. Transcription IL-4, IL-5 IL-13 was induced by both L3. Moulting from L4 stage accompanied a shift high expression IL-9 (exsheated IFN-γ (L4 only). In parallel, adjuvant G3 modified profile parasites reducing IL-10 while concomitantly enhancing IFN-γ. Conclusion The generated that earlier cyathostomins. This diversity depending on life cycle will have implications choice antigen future vaccine design.
