摘要: This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of two inactivated vaccines against contagious agalactia containing adjuvant oily and watery. For this, 73 goats were divided in experiments. In experiment I was verified vaccine safety 15 were  into three experimental groups five animals each. A1 B1 immunized with either aluminum or oil, respectively, group C control without immunization. II, immune response evaluated by immunization 58 that groups: A2, 28 based vaccine; B2, 30 oil vaccine. received a third dose on 180 day after second dose. Antibody levels determined indirect ELISA from ssamples collected vaccination days (Experiment I) II). The B2 (oil vaccine) demonstrated higher antibody (P<0.05) than A2 (aluminum both
