摘要: To develop metallic materials with thromboresistance, a block-type copolymer (PMbA) was immobilized onto titanium surface electrodeposition. The polymer composed of poly(2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC)) segment and poly(2-aminoethylmethacrylate) segment, which designed to electronically adsorb the oxide layer on surface. We confirmed that synthesized as expected by nuclear magnetic resonance gel permeation chromatography. In 0.26 mmol L−1 PMbA solution adjusted pH 11, −3.0 V (vs. an Ag/AgCl electrode) applied substrate for 300 s. immobilization X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy atomic force microscope. water contact angle amount adsorbed protein PMbA-modified were decreased. Thrombus formation not observed all over even when contacted human blood without anticoagulant. Therefore, covered density poly(MPC) segments in inhibited platelet adsorption. Electrodeposition improves compatibility simple process. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Biomed Mater Res Part B: Appl Biomater, 2015.
