摘要: Novel polymer biomaterials, which can be used in contact with blood, are prepared strong inspiration from the surface structure of biomembrane. That is, polymers a phospholipid polar group side chain, 2-methacrylooyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) were synthesized. The MPC inhibit surface-induced clot formation effectively, when they blood even absence an anticoagulant. This phenomenon was due to reduction plasma protein and suppression denaturation adsorbed proteins, that is interact components very mildly. As molecular easily designed by changing monomer units their composition, it could applied modification artificial organs biomedical devices for improving tissue compatibility. Thus, useful biomaterials manufacturing high performance provide safe medical treatments.
