摘要: CONTEXTE : Les maladies cardiovasculaires (MCV) constituent la principale cause de deces au Canada, et mortalite qui y est liee connait d'importantes variations regionales inexpliquees. Cependant, aucune etude n'a porte sur le lien entre certaines caracteristiques des regions sanitaires les enregistrees taux d'origine cardiaque Canada. INTRODUCTION Nous avons etudie poids differents facteurs risque classiques MCV, determinants sociaux sante d'autres collectivites dans METHODE obtenu Statistique Canada par MCV cardiopathie (CP), normalises selon l'âge pour annees 1995 a 1997. Quant aux regionales, elles ont ete tirees l'Enquete canadiennes 2000-2001, du recensement 1996 population active. Des liens iles regions, CP etablis partir d'analyses regression lineaire variance. RESULTATS D'importantes differences relevees quant lies tranche 100 000 habitants. Terre-Neuve Labrador enregistre plus eleves, tandis que Nunavut Territoires Nord-Ouest faibles. regionaux tabagisme chomage se sont reveles principaux associes niveau sanitaires. CONCLUSIONS CP, l'âge, tant provincial ou territorial qu'au regional. efforts visant reduire devraient cibler fois (tabagisme) larges (taux chomage).
