Growth Hormone and the Transition from Puberty into Adulthood

摘要: With modern growth hormone (GH) replacement algorithms, children with a diagnosis of deficiency achieve at the end pediatric GH treatment an adult height that is on average in normal range. Recent experience young adults childhood-onset deficiency, however, has shown these patients present variable degrees somatic immaturity.
