摘要: With modern growth hormone (GH) replacement algorithms, children with a diagnosis of deficiency achieve at the end pediatric GH treatment an adult height that is on average in normal range. Recent experience young adults childhood-onset deficiency, however, has shown these patients present variable degrees somatic immaturity. As childhood discontinued when final attained, attention moves to phase development follows longitudinal growth, called ''transition'', which had been excluded previously from consideration for either or replacement.
