摘要: Abstract Intracerebral grafting of porcine fetal brain cells is a potential treatment neurodegenerative disorders in humans. Although it well known that the survival pig rat requires immunosup pression, response human T lymphocytes to unknown. Here we report on proliferative freshly isolated and 14–18 days cultured from 28- or 35-day-old brains. After 5 mixed lymphocytebrain cell culture, observed no only minor responses cells, while both CD4 CD8 proliferated cells. Pretreatment with heat-inactivated serum significantly reduced response. The data suggest contains can stimulate cellular immune system, this stimulation may be by pretreatment serum.
