摘要: This work used three fungi, Rhizopus oligosorus BCRC 31996, Monascus pilosus BCRC31527, and Aspergillus sp. BCRC31742, to produce glucosamine by using submerged fermentation flask cultures. The reaction of with 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate as derivatizing agent was carried out in pyridine at 50 degrees C for 1 h. derivative accurately analyzed quantified high performance liquid chromatography. relative standard deviation determined between experimental real values were less than 2%. kinetic strategy producing a culture investigated achieve an optimum yield under different conditions including kinds medium, pH values. descending ability the fungi BCRC31742 > BCRC31527 31996 studied. result shows that concentration had value 3430 mg/L glucose peptone (GP) which best amount wild-type microorganisms past. generation control played important roles enhancing glucosamine. specific growth rate microorganism biomass, content, yield, productivity calculated well.
