摘要: Chemically-induced sarcomas (BC5), established subcutaneously and growing progressively in BN rats, were completely eliminated by i.v. infusion of syngeneic effector cells. The cells generated from spleen immune to BC5 a mixed lymphocyte-tumor cell culture (MLTC). Generation high yield that efficacious eliminating vivo necessitated: depletion macrophages populations, before preparation MLTC; addition back MLTC small number normal spleens attain level 0.5% the culture; T growth factor on day 5 MLTC. With these conditions subset was expanded. They blast with surface markers W3/25 Ia, which exhibited no cytotoxic activity vitro, probably functioned as helper or amplifier element tumor-bearing host. Effector BC5, treated mitomycin C, specific for did not affect viral-induced tumor.
