摘要: Abstract Poly(adenosine diphosphate ribose) glycohydrolase, which has thus far only been found in mammalian tissues, was for the first time primitive eukaryotic slime mold Physarum polycephalum. The hydrolytic product of poly(adenosine with this enzyme identified as adenosine ribose by paper and thin-layer chromatography. It is likely that caused exoglycosidic hydrolysis. optimal pH 6.0, Km value 4.3 μ m , residues polymer. Adenosine ribose, ADP ATP at a concentration 0.1m strongly inhibited activity. 3′,5′-Cyclic AMP inhibitory 1m . molecular weight estimated to be 57,000.
